You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstance is Jacob Mark or respective directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, content owners or 3rd party licensors, subsidiaries or affiliated companies liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages or loss of any kind arising from the use of the products, services, content, downloads, information, or materials found on this website and any downloads from it.

It is understood that there is a degree of risk associated with practicing the Wim Hof Method * or with practising any kind of breathing exercises and cold exposure *. In practicing this method or participating in any offerings of Jacob Mark, you accept full responsibility of any harm that may come to you and you are participating in this method or activities at your own risk. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by us or explicit content providers. On behalf of ourselves and our content suppliers, we claim all property rights (including but not limited to logos, information, video & audio, texts, blogs, displays). By using our website and services you acknowledge the content of the Information is subject to copyright and that the use of the content by the client can only be for research or reference purposes and may not be copies, reproduced, rebroadcast, or commercially exploited in all or in any part.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are normally made on a 3rd party website (examples: Wim Hof Method Platform, Eventbrite, Acuity Scheduling), however the following policies apply in terms of payments and refunds.

Wim Hof Method Activities

Payment:

  • Must be made in full unless a payment plan is otherwise expressed.

Refunds:

  • Requests for cancellation and refunds made more than 14 days prior to the start of the activity are granted at no additional costs.

  • Requests for cancellation and refunds made 14 days or less prior to the start of the activity are not granted.

  • If participant fails the COVID screening upon arrival to a workshop, they will not be granted access to the workshop, nor will they receive a refund under any circumstances.

  • Spots are always transferrable to another person up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop.

  • When payments are made through www.jacobmark.com, refunds are subject to a 2.9% processing fee + any difference in exchange rate between the date of purchase and date of refund

  • When payments are made on the Wim Hof Method website (in euros), the clients bank will automatically exchange the price from Euros to the client’s bank’s home currency. It is understood by the client that if a refund is issued, that the amount refunded will be subject to the exchange rate on the date of the refund and not the date of the purchase. This could results in and under or over payment of refund.

PerFORMANCE COACHING

Payment:

  • Must be made in full unless a payment plan is otherwise expressed.

  • Refunds:

    • There are no refunds for coaching.

Digital Products and Virtual services

  • All digital products and virtual services are final sale, this includes but is not limited to video courses, audio courses, ebooks, live masterclasses, workshops, replays, pre-recorded content, and other downloadable products.

Changes to Our Terms and Conditions

As our website changes, so too will our Terms and Conditions be subject to change. The date of the last update is posted at the top of this page.
