FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP:

This is the starting point of your Wim Hof Method journey. We cover the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method - Breathing, Cold Exposure, and Mindset. This is where you’ll experience the breathing method that is so well known around the globe.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP:

This workshop is intended for those with intermediate to advanced experience in the Wim Hof Method and/or breath work. We go into more depth exploring the 3 pillars, power breathing method, components of Wim’s power of the mind course, among other advanced topics. *We advise and ask that you complete the fundamentals workshop prior to attending.

    The Wim Hof Method forever changed my life. Back in 2018, I joined Wim on his expedition in Poland, climbing to the top of a mountain in -20°C in shorts and let’s say I was hooked to say the least. Shortly after, I went through his program to become a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. I’m grateful to now be invited to join Wim and other amazing instructors from around the world at Wim’s yearly expeditions. Otherwise you’ll find me splitting my time between Ottawa, Nova Scotia, and other beautiful places all around the world running workshops, retreats, corporate trainings and 1:1 sessions.

    Jacob introduced me to the WHM back in 2018. I absolutely love co-hosting our workshops because we get to teach people how to be their own medicine and not rely so much on external sources for comfort or relief. It’s quite moving to witness our guests embodying all aspects of breath, consciousness and the discomfort of the cold. My background is in energy healing - I am a Reiki practitioner, Shamanic cacao facilitator and life coach. My primary role is a space holder for all that may arise in you during our workshop (emotions, energy, sensations, etc.). I teach a gentle yoga practice to help you warm your body up and prepare for breathwork with Jacob. I am also a professional photographer and always have my handy camera with me.

WHAT IS THE WIM HOF METHOD?

THE WIM HOF METHOD CAN BE CHARACTERIZED BY ITS SIMPLICITY, APPLICABILITY AND A STRONG SCIENTIFIC UNDERPINNING. IT IS A PRACTICAL WAY TO BECOME HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND MORE POWERFUL.

Simply put, the Wim Hof Method is a powerful health optimization practice. I’m not talking only your physical health, but mental health just as much. It’s made up of three main pillars: breathing techniques, gradual exposure to the cold and mindfulness. These three pillars are powerful on their own, but their synergistic qualities enhance the effectiveness even more. In its totality, this method can influence the immune system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, entire breathing mechanism, the mind, digestive system, nervous system.. just to name a few.

I’ll let you in on a little secret - this method only requires your dedication. It is so simple, but yet so powerful. The beautiful thing is that it shows the inherent and immense capabilities of humans. You have everything within you to greatly influence your life in an incredible way - IN THIS VERY MOMENT.
